Appointments

Our customer service representatives and team members will attempt to accommodate all appointment requests to the best of our ability during normal business hours. We are available for appointments in several locations; Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, South Miami, Naples and Cape Coral. 

Emergency & Urgent Care

If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to give us a call or go to the nearest pet emergency facility. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.  During regularly scheduled hours, we will do our best to schedule you an appointment or "squeeze" you in between our booked schedule.

Payments

Animal Eye Guys accepts payment via cash, major credit cards or Care Credit. So that we can continue to provide you high-quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Discounts

Animal Eye Guys offers discounted services to local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please give us a call for more information.
